Phykon (through its sub-entity AlmostHuman.ai) required an enterprise-grade internal system to handle operational complexity around order management.

AlmostHuman’s order flow depended on manual processing. Each order could take up to four hours, creating delays and limiting scale. ADVOP implemented an AI-assisted order management workflow: data extraction, validation, inventory checks, and customer notifications—automated end-to-end.

Outcome: processing time dropped to about fifteen minutes, enabling scale without proportional hiring and improving customer fulfillment speed.
